Terms

You can exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

If you wish to exchange or refund, please e-mail us at info@gearcorrect.com stating the reason for your return and we will instruct accordingly.

The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, for example, if the item is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

Please courier with a tracking number, to be able to follow the courier – Gear Correct cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For Exchanges, Gear Correct will be responsible to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.

In the case that you have received a faulty item, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. You may also request a replacement item. Gear Correct will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash, general use, or wear and tear.
